Description:
Mike will be teaching his annual End of Year 5 Day Slow Vinyasa Yoga Week. The perfect way to wind down, de-stress & find some calm away from the hectic Christmas festivities. These classes are available for all levels of ability including beginners. 

Classes take place in a friendly & welcoming small group environment (maximum of 12 people) all equipment is provided. 

Car parking is easily available directly outside of the Cheadle Drill Hall (or at nearby Church Street Carpark)
