Mikes journey into Yoga started in 2007 and he's been teaching at the Cheadle Drill Hall since 2012. His classes are based upon a Slow Vinyasa Yoga approach of linking simple and therapeutic postures together that help to cultivate a sense of peace, calmness & relaxation.
Mikes passion is to share soothing & enjoyable practices that are open to all in a safe, friendly, supportive & welcoming environment. Outside of Yoga Mike enjoys spending time with his cheeky Lurcher Jasper
