A warm welcome to the Online Studio I hope that you find these videos to be a useful guide in your Yoga & Pilates Journey. The Online Studio is divided into the following sections:
10 Minute Yoga
10 Minute Pilates
20 Minute Yoga

30 Minute Yoga 
30 Minute Pilates
Each section covers different styles of Yoga (Slow Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga & Beginneres Yoga) and different aims for Pilates (Glute Strengthening, Core Stability, Lower Back Care & Mini Circuits) designed to cover all levels of ability. 
When practicing Yoga/Pilates Online please ensure 
1. Your computer is set up so that you can easily see the screen (if possible using a laptop rather then a mobile phone) & that the volume is high enough to fully hear all the instructions.
2. Create enough space in your practice room to fully move the body in all directions (moving any nearby tables or chairs)  
3. Equipment Having a good quality Yoga/Pilates Mat alongside Yoga Blocks, a Yoga Strap & a Blanket (for Yin/Restorative practices a Bolster maybe required)
4. ENJOY! allow your Yoga/Pilates practice to be something you look forward to (rather then something you feel that you have to do)
