Mike has been practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga for 8 years and in 2009 gained his Yoga Alliance 200-hour teacher training certification. Since this time Mike has
been lucky enough to pass his love for yoga to many people across the Stockport area.
Mike is committed to maintaining his personal practice of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga method & his own slow vinyasa Yoga sequence alongside a daily ZaZen Meditation practice. All combining to
keep the body & mind supple, strong & happy.
